Rehabilitation for substance abuse and related disorders among Vets includes psychotherapies and group and individual therapy that can increase a person's desire to change. Involvement in other support such as AA and other support groups is recommended. Medications are also used in some instances to help Veterans lessen their tobacco, alcohol, and drug use.
