Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - Patagonia, AZ.

Medicare is a federal program which helps pay for health care for people living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 and older. For people who do have Medicare and require drug or alcohol recovery services in Patagonia, this program may cover certain treatment programs and recovery services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering certain kinds of treatment.

People who have Part C may have more options available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers substance abuse related medications. Including medications used for drug and alcohol withdrawal and those used for maintenance therapy such as buprenorphine or methadone.
