The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government department responsible for efforts to advance the mental health of the United States. One of its duties is the administering of opioid rehab programs, which are centers who offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to people who are in the midst of opioid dependency and addiction.
