The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency in charge of efforts to promote the behavioral health of the U.S.. One of its obligations is the oversight of opioid rehab facilities, which are centers who provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are experiencing opioid addiction and dependency.
