The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency responsible for health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the U.S.. One of its duties is the administering of opioid rehab facilities, which are programs which offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals who are in the midst of opioid dependency and addiction.
