Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - Columbia, MO.

Medicare is a federal program that helps pay for medical healthcare services for people living in the Unites States who are either disabled or 65 and older. For individuals who do have Medicare and require substance abuse recovery services in Columbia, this program will pay for various rehabilitation programs and treatment services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering different forms of care.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers substance abuse related medications. Including medications used for withdrawal symptoms during detoxification as well as those used for maintenance therapy such as buprenorphine or methadone.
