DWI Clients - Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Centers - Zurich, MT.

DWI clients in rehab need to complete specific requirements to satisfy the terms of their sentencing. Treatment facilities which help satisfy these requirements and terms, which are usually more lenient than normal sentencing which would include steep fines and incarceration, are available in Zurich to deliver alcohol education, therapy, and further assessment for severe alcohol or drug issues.

Drug and Alcohol Education is a primary treatment tool used at rehab programs treating DWI clients. There are various levels of alcohol education classes which can differ by state. Level I education classes usually include 12 hours of group education about the effects of drugs and/or alcohol. This is the what someone with a single offense or someone under the age of 21 will commonly be required to do. Level II DWI classes would consist of both substance abuse education and group therapy at a program which is approved by the courts. The duration the person will need to remain in therapy depends upon various factors, which can include how many DWI's the person has had, and the seriousness of the offense. Most often clients will be required to take the Level II classes and therapy except for when their blood-alcohol content was very low when they were stopped and there weren't any other significant infractions when the person was arrested.
