The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency responsible for health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the United States. Drug prescribed are drugs such as buprenorphine, methadone, and other drugs that stop withdrawal and curb cravings for opioid dependent people.
