The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government department responsible for health efforts to advance the mental health of the U.S.. One of its obligations is the administering of opioid rehab facilities, which are programs who provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to people who are in the midst of opioid dependency and addiction.
