The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government department responsible for efforts to promote the behavioral health of the U.S.. One of its duties is the administering of opioid rehab facilities, which are centers who provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals who are experiencing opioid addiction and dependency.
