The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency in charge of health efforts to promote the behavioral health of the U.S.. One of its obligations is the oversight of opioid rehab facilities, which are centers which offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are in the midst of opioid addiction and dependency.
