The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency in charge of health efforts to advance the mental health of the United States. One of its duties is the administering of opioid rehab programs, which are centers who provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals who are experiencing opioid dependency and addiction.
